Yoga Classes in Finchampstead

Dynamic Hatha Yoga class - here we use stronger poses and hold them for longer, it is adapted to all abilities.

Mixed ability Hatha Yoga class that is very gentle with meditation.

You will need to wear loose clothing, and bring a bottle of water and a blanket to start with. If you like my class you can also get a yoga mat and brick, but I have those for people starting out to borrow.
