With our busy lives, we often forget the importance of looking after ourselves.

Through yoga, we can look after our health, strengthen our bodies, have flexibility, improve our posture and leave the class with a relaxed mind.  Why not give it a go?

Yoga comes in many shapes and sizes. I teach Hatha Yoga; put simply it's a form that encourages you to move and breathe at a pace that is comfortable for you whilst you learn to focus your mind.  I use yoga as a tool to help people with complex needs and rehabilitation on a 1:1 basis or in my general class.

The class is a place where you can come to slow down the mind, breathe, move and take you away from life’s daily stress.
